A Trip To The Zoo With Skip Hop {review & giveaway!}

When we moved to Colorado last summer we started looking into fun local places to take the kids. We decided to get passes to the Denver Zoo and we've been a bunch of times now. I swear every time we go, we discover a new animal and we always have a great time.

We kind of have a little routine when we go now. We walk around the park counter clockwise, we have to stop and see how big the boys are compared to the penguin on the wall, we all ooh and ahh over the orangutans, we stop to play the drums, we take the nature trail, we pause for a snack and so on.

My boys each have their favorite animals that we must visit. Hudson has to visit the cheetahs and he loves talking about being a zookeeper one day. He also wants to become president so he can make cheetahs household pets (good luck on that one, bud). Parker loves the giraffes because of how tall they are.

When I take my boys out on adventures to places like the zoo, I love to use my new Skip Hop Forma Backpack.  I can throw everything we need for the day in it and still have my hands free. That is so important to me when chasing around a 1 year old!

Before I used this, I was just using a bulky old diaper bag and pretty much kept it in the car and would throw a few diapers and a pack of wipes in my purse when we would go places.
