Peter Rabbit Organics {review}

I think one of the biggest changes in baby food has been the bottles to pouches. I am for anything that makes motherhood just a little bit easier and the convenience of baby food pouches has certainly helped me.

I wouldn't say I'm picky with brands but I do like to look at ingredients and tend to stick with the ones that have no added sugar, 100% fruits and veggies, nothing artificial and organic. When picking healthy baby food, I like to think that I'm starting them off on the right path.

I was recently introduced to Peter Rabbit Organics baby food by Pumpkin Tree and I was pretty impressed when I read their labels. What fruits and/or veggies you see on the front is exactly what is inside the pouch.

Gavin picking the flavor of the day.

Next to being super healthy and yummy, I love the convenience of the pouches. Gavin is 12 months now and can feed himself one of these. I sit him in his highchair and hand him one of these and I am able to do the dishes without having a little person pulling on my leg. The twist off cap makes it easy to save the rest for later if they don't finish it in one sitting.

Want some extra ideas with what to do with your baby food pouches? Here are some of mine:

1. Put some out in a bowl when having a play date. Your little guests deserve yummy snacks too!
2. Keep one in your purse and/or diaper bag for a quick snack for your little one or yourself. They really are tasty.
3. Empty out a pouch into your blender when you're making a smoothie. If you have a picky eater, like me, at least you know they are getting some good fruits and veggies.
4. In the summer, empty out a couple pouches into small popsicle molds and freeze.
5. Great road trip snacks!

So I would like to know, how do you feel about baby food pouches? Does your little one have a favorite fruit and veggie combo?

These products were sent to me care of Peter Rabbit Organics in exchange for an honest review. All pictures and opinions are 100% mine.
