A weekend at the beach

This past weekend we had a fun little getaway with Sean's family. We stayed at cottage in Crystal Cove and we were SO VERY LUCKY as those are pretty hard to get.  The wait list is about 6 months in advance but Sean's mom knew someone who was canceling their reservations and she made it happen.

The cottage was right on the sand and we all had a great time.  We were steps away from The Shake Shack where we went twice.  Hello! The boys had a blast playing with their cousins, playing in the sand and water, and we all got some sun.  Sean and I have vowed to go to the beach more often with the boys.  They just have so much fun there, they can be as loud and as crazy as they want and it tires them out.
