Pore Strip Mask {DIY}

Let me just get this out of the way, I feel totally awkward sharing these photos. No makeup on and awful bathroom lighting just doesn't help a sister out.   Anyways, I'm sure you have used a pore strip on your nose before.  They can be a little pricey.  Here is a cheap alternative that can be done on your entire face.

What you need:
-1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
-2 tablespoons of milk (any kind)
-a disposable cup
-a popsicle craft stick or in my case, a disposable spoon

Step 1: Wash your face

Step 2:
In your disposable cup mix the unflavored gelatin and milk. Stir until fully mixed together then microwave it for 10-15 seconds.  Be careful because it might be a little hot.  Test it with your finger.

Step 3:
Using your craft stick or spoon, apply it to your entire face or specific areas.  Do not apply it on your eyebrows or too close to your eyes.  It will take off your hair!

Step 4: Let it dry for about 15 minutes then go scare your kids!  :)  Just kidding.  My oldest son said I looked like a zombie.  Love you too Hudson.

Step 5:  Start peeling!  You will notice some areas hurt more than others.  My cheeks were really sensitive and my eyes were watering.  It will get your blackheads and facial hair. Once you're done, wash your face again with warm water and face soap.  Your skin will be really smooth.

Yay for clean, happy skin!  Now go torture your husband and put this on his nose!  :)
