Cheesy Bacon Dip {recipe}

Oh man this stuff is good!  Obviously not healthy but surely a crowd pleaser.  Another awesome recipe from Sean's mom.

-8 oz. shredded Colby Jack cheese
-1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
-2.8 oz. package of bacon bits
-1 cup sour cream
-1/2 cup of light mayo
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-2 cloves of garlic
-a round loaf of bread

Stir all the ingredients together except for the bread; set aside. Hollow out bread, reserving the torn pieces. Spoon the dip into the bread.  Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. Serve with torn bread and/or sliced apples. Makes about 3.5 cups.  Enjoy!
