Almond Dip {recipe}


You guys, we are obsessed with this dip. It's so good with pita chips, veggies or you could even use it as a spread on sandwiches/wraps. It's really light but has such a good flavor. You could really add anything you wanted to make it your own!

Ingredients:
-1 cup of raw almonds
-1/4 cup Tahini
-juice of 1 lemon
-2 tsp vinegar
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup water
salt and pepper

Directions:
You can allow the raw almonds to soak over night to remove the skins or you can use them with the skin. I like to keep the skin on.

Put everything in a food processor except the olive oil. Start blending it and slowing add the olive oil in until creamy. You can serve it with a little more olive oil on top and some paprika.

It will last in the fridge for about 7 days but I bet you will want to eat it in one sitting!  :)
