Calling all Super Heroes! Whether you're a child or an adult, this is for you.
Back in the day I remember sitting at the table, eating my bowl of cereal and
taking the time to read the box. The colors, the pictures and the
characters that I loved were what drew me in. When I knew there was a
special surprise inside I instantly had to look for it. I just couldn't
wait. Now my boys are at this age and it's cool to watch.
Over the years cereal boxes have gotten even cooler. Like now,
Big G cereals and DC Comics have teamed up to make your little one's (or in my case, my husband's too) morning more fun. In specially marked boxes of General Mills cereals you will find four collectable comic books featuring Super Heroes from the
JUSTICE LEAGUE like SUPERMAN™, BATMAN™, Wonder Woman, THE FLASH, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and Cyborg. A bonus fifth issue is available in Cheerios at Target.
One of my favorite things about this team up is how you get to cut out Super Hero costume pieces found on the back of the boxes. My boys were oohing and ahhing over this!
What is it about dressing up as your favorite
Super Hero that gives you a confidence boost? I mean, you put on the mask and you are instantly cool and strong. It's no secret that my boys love Super Heroes. Hudson and Parker are huge BATMAN™ fans. Here are my boys #SuperHeroing in their costume pieces.
