Monogram Wood Plank

I like mixing masculine with feminine things in our house.  I think this monogram wood plank is the perfect mix.

This will be hanging in our dining room so I used the initial of our last name.  If you wanted to, you could do your child's first name initial and hang it in their room.

What you need:
-wood plank (found mine at Michaels, don't forget your coupon!!)
-acrylic paint
-brushes
-saw tooth hanger and screws

Directions:
It's pretty simple.  First I attached the saw tooth hanger on the back with the screws.

Then I painted the base white with a sponge brush.

I allowed the white to dry then I painted on a C (for Crosbie) with a think paint brush.  You can seal it if you want.

Once it's completely dry go find the perfect spot to hang it!
