Cinnamon-Sugar Pumpkin Seeds {recipe}

This Fall snack is a little addicting.  Not gonna lie.

Ingredients:
-1.5 to 2 cups of pumpkin seeds
-1/4 cup of butter (melted)
-1 tbsp. of brown sugar
-1 tbsp. white sugar
-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
-a pinch of salt

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Clean your pumpkin seeds by rinsing them under water and place on a towel to dry. Once they are pretty dry put them in a bowl with all your ingredients except the white sugar.  Mix and pour them on a baking sheet.  Spread them out to make a single layer.  Bake for 15 minutes.  Check on them a couple times and flip them too. After 15 minutes pull them out and sprinkle the 1 tsp. of white sugar on top.  Mix and bake for another 5-10 minutes.  Allow them to cool then enjoy!
