7 Layer Bars

My mom use to make me these when I was a little girl.  She was here visiting with us and we needed a dessert to make and 7 Layer Bars came to both of us.  We looked up the recipe she used and quickly made our way to the store.  We came home, made them, let them cool and sampled them as we cut out the bars.  Pure heaven and it took me back to my childhood for sure!

Ingredients:
 -butter
-2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
-1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
-1 cup butterscotch chips
-1 cup chopped walnuts
-1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
-1.5 cups shredded coconut

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degress.
-Take a stick of butter and grease a 13x9 inch pan.
-Put the graham crackers in a gallon size ziploc bag and smash them.
-Spread the graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of the pan.  Then layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts over the crumbs.  Next, pour over the condensed milk. Sprinkle the coconut on top.
-Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the coconut is golden brown.

This recipe is illegal in 14 states, its just that good!  :)
