"Mama Makes" with Stephanie

Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
4 large chicken breasts {cut into strips, I ended up having about 12 of them}
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste {add this to your flour, approx. 1 tsp. of each}
1 tsp. paprika {you will sprinkle this on your chicken before baking}
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place flour {already seasoned with salt and pepper} in a shallow plate or bowl. Do the same with the bread crumbs in a separate shallow plate or bowl. Beat eggs in another separate bowl.
3. Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour first, then the egg second, and the bread crumbs last until all pieces are coated.
4. Pour the oil into a 9x13in baking dish. Add the chicken to dish, and sprinkle with paprika to taste.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes on each side. {make sure you don't forget to flip them over!}
6. Remove from oven and enjoy! :)
